Starting 4th May following electronic forms will be taken in use: Notification of import, Application for refund and Declaration of professional use of empty recordable media.
Private Copying Unit renews old forms in electronic forms when fill in and sending the forms comes easier when the forms do not need to be sent via post anymore.
The Appearance of the forms will be kept similar to previous pdf-forms. Notification of import and Application for refund will require attachments (e.g. copies of purchase invoice and/or other possible documents). Forms can be printed as a copy, before sending to Private Copying Unit.
In future to fill in the forms will be more simple, faster and easier.
